UNPRECEDENTED BEAUTY...

I discovered a new blog the other day which, quite frankly, left me sitting in front of my monitor transfixed.
I thought that beauty such as this only existed in fairy tales, or in my dreams.

Not true.

It exists in Sandy's world, in the Catskills.

From Sandy's profile, she is "sharing my halting weekend attempts at soothing shabby French décor & antique rose gardening at a 125 square foot studio in the Catskills with a great husband, four dogs, and 19 hens."

Ahhhh, the studio.
Are you ready?
Are you sure?

Prepare to be stunned and bowled over...

And the view from outside?

A fairytale in white.

Remember, Sandy does all this with only 125 square feet of space!!!

If you enjoyed this ethereal tour inside Sandy's incredible studio, be sure to visit her blog,
Become a follower, and tell her that I sent you.

Until next time, I'll leave you with Sandy's customary sign-off....

Stay shabby!

How dare you! Now we all want to go there...how lovely! If the studio disappears and you hear a helicopter in the distance, that's me airlifting it away.

Good gravy... I'd always be standing outside and looking in... and just drooling - which means my tongue would probably freeze/stick to the window.

THAT is GORGEOUS!!!

Hey Anne. OMG - that is so soft an amazing. That has to be the most relaxing place in the world. As beautiful as the inside is I adore the dream cottage fantasy look from the outside. It really does look unreal. Sandy's decorating style is truly elegant and understated and yet loaded with charm. I can't believe she did so much with such a small place. Thanks for sharing. No I'm going to yearn for that cottage forever.

xxxooo's....Tracy :)

Anne, she does have a beautiful blog. I discovered her several months back and have been a huge fan since. Girl, your story of your dream was funny, but sounds more like a nightmare if you are in the middle of such a huge warehouse and then can't buy (steal, borrow) it all. Too funny!!

Hello daaaauling~

I shout…Knockout Gorgeous. Thank you for giving us directions to her beautiful dwelling. I told her after visiting I feel like I should be doing something pretty instead of working in the yard.
Anne, thank you for your treasured comments. I was so excited to receive your first comment and your second. I knew exactly who you were. I am a colossal follower. I feel more like a stalker, actually. I am beginning to understand that “stalker” is actually a suitable term used in blog land…sort of an expression of endearment! We just linger over all the beautiful blogs. I know how staring for more than a few seconds is considered creepy in the outside world. But here…we can linger and stare for hours. What fun!

In pearls and flip-flops we can save the world!
