Restoration Hardware...A Second Look

All I have to say is....Wow!

Does anybody know just when it was that

became so utterly fabulous???

But don't take my word for it.

Just look at what the folks at RH are serving up these days...

(all images Restoration Hardware)

Versailles Domed Burlap-Backed Chair...my personal fave.

Only $1695 - $2295.

Not a problem.

I'll take two.  ;-)

See anything you can't live without?
It's been a while since I've paid the good folks at RH a visit...I think I might be overdue!

Have a wonderful weekend

Hi Anne!
Is this store not amazing? I drooled over this magazine at my sister-in-laws at Christmas. I just could not contain myself! I love the tufted couch. Just a fabulous store...thanks for sharing it!

Anne ~ I KNOW, they are almost HIGH BROW, now!!!
I really really love the whole vibe they have going on with their most recent catalogs. I am super fond of the train station signs, for one thing. I picked up a sweet pine desk at an estate sale this morning and since I'm using it as a sofa table, I thought a stool to tuck away underneath would be nice. I like the metal/industrial look of the ones here. I've seen similar stools in other catalogs such as Wisteria, so now I'm on the hunt! Finding it at an estate sale would be the best. I'd love to know which of these RH lovelies that YOU like???

Yep, some good stuff. So we take the inspiration, and find something similar and make it our own, all on a budget!
Have a great weekend,

They obviously have some designer that is hitting the flea markets and creating these ideas. Wow is right...

Wow. I don't need to look at their site at all. I LOVE everything but obviously can't afford most of it. Drool.

I have to go clean up - I think I just wet myself over the Hollywood spot light with the mega long couch and the kitchen with the shelf.
Oh dear.

I almost said the same thing as Angela - Parisienne farmgirl I could just piddle. The Korbel desk and french iron twins- and the bathroom sigh.

Yep. Loving their new look! In fact, your first pic -- the metal beds -- just put one of them in Queen size in my RH shopping cart cuz they're having a GREAT sale!

Love their initials, too... Hee hee! ;)

I think they've been surfing the wonderful world of blogland - EVERYTHING is fantastic - but I'm super partial to the brown leather arm chairs. I. want. that.

LOL

Yeah, these pics are so awesome... I love the sleek, industrial, grahic, yet homey vibe! I think Robelyn is correct. It is very easy for market folks to see what people are crazy over in blogland, Lezlee

Oh yeah I really like that store. When we lived close to a mall and I got hubs to shop that one time a year, he would take a trip through that store with me. He liked the leather chairs but he will not buy one. He has a hard time spending money. Wish I had that problem.

I live kinda close to one and go in there so seldom. It's quite expensive as you know, but every now and then it's nice to take a look and see what you can do yourself...right? Have fun and have a wonderful Mothers Day...give the fur babies a big smackeroo for me.

Hi Anne,
If I had lots of money I would go over there with you. It's fun to look and get ideas and that's why your photos are so wonderful.

You're so right, Anne! RH's catalog is unbelievably fabulous this time. Man! It makes a girl want to start all over with the decor in every room! Now, if I could just win the lottery.

It looks like they are doing what Pottery Barn is doing - looking at blogs and following the trends set by amazingly talented bloggers. I have seen the same looks around blogland for a while.

I think Stores like these are realizing how powerful the design blogs are and getting on the bandwagon.

I am fortunate in that I live within one hundred miles of a RH outlet. But still am challenged by the outlet prices! Around Christmas I find the best prices.

I always hit their Portland store when I have time!

Your iron bed kind of reminds me of the bed I had as a child. I think I will just look, thank you very much, unless I could win the lottery. It is amazing the designs that they come up with. Have a wonderful weekend and if you ever need to talk, I am a good listener. Your Missouri Friend.

The pillows, the anchor for a Captains Girl please, and the Parisian flare for a fashion lover. Restoration Hardware and I have had a long standing love affair, but they left New Orleans after Katrina. Good to see them again, however, wow, a change for the positive with the vintage spin, and such a smart market to cater to in their price levels, lovely indeed. From the sunny today, and oily tomorrow shores of The Mississippi Gulf Coast, I am Lisa the not so much a bumpkin you will find. I send you sunshine kisses, you have a new follower. So excited to be #884..

I want that apothecary/pharmacy cabinet. Or that linen wing chair. Some amazing stuff here. Wondering if it's worth the price. Certainly worth checking out, right?!
