Glorious Garden Antqs Vintage

So here's the deal...

A more organized blogger, like say, Tracey,
would have gotten all her show photos posted
boom, boom, boom....on to the next subject.

But not me, nosirreee.

I am disorganization personified these days,
which explains why I'm still posting my Accumulations
show photos that I snapped over two weeks ago.

Sorry, peeps.

But I promise that these are worth the wait!
They are of my good friend Theresa Cano
of Garden Antqs Vintage's space, and she not only fulfilled
but exceeded every expectation.
Theresa is featuring the wonderful creations of Brenda Harding of
Penn River Designs these days,
so pay special attention to Brenda's lovely pillows,
lampshades and altered birdcages.

You've waited long enough,
so I'll zip it and let the pictures do the talking...

Hey, pretty girl!

Yep, you !
Well done, my talented friend!

Lots more packing and moving this week,
so I hope this post holds ya for a few days!

Have a great week!

  3. The birdcage as a light...genius. Were those grave markers in that basket? I think so.

  11. Hey Sweet Anne,
    Love Teresa & her booth! One of my favorites...the sweet little vintage baby shoes. I'm a sucker for a baby shoe! {love the pillows & lampshades too, though}
Unpack girl, listen to some good tunes...maybe the Zac Brown Band, drink a couple of Corona's with lime while you work...it will all get done in it's own good time. I love the words in a Van Zant song..."if you want to hear God laugh tell him your plans." So true, right!
    Smiles,
    Susie

  13. Those shoes... those pillows! Oh my!!!! I love love love old photographs, but seeing them makes me sad for the family that doesn't have them. I always wonder where their family is. I am weird... I know!

  14. Looking through your photos was better than reading through most of the magazines out there right now! and even without a 'staff' to take up the slack (like you aren't busy with the move, work & family?!?!?), the wait is far less than you imagine. really!

  27. Aaaahhh such beautiful old things. The headless doll made me smile, wonder what happened to the head? I bought a teddy bear with an arm missing from a box of junk some years ago with the idea of repairing it, however he is still waiting and is merely called Nelson.
The old photographs always catch my attention, start spinning tales in my mind about who they are and how their lives spun out

  36. I have yet to meet Theresa but feel like I know her. She clearly has great style, and your photos are fabulous as always, but what I hear most is what a sincere, dear person and devoted friend she is. Hmmm....I say "takes one to know one". Not a bad reputation to have, not bad at all.

So, do I hear correctly that a move is finally taking place? Did you get that fence put up? Hope so!! How can I help? xo Ann
