You're awfully kind, but I'm far from famous, most folks around these parts don't know me, my blog or my photography. And that's actually pretty nice. I don't aspire to be famous or rich, I just want to be the best I can be, and I want to do everything in memory of and in honor of my mother.
She will have been gone a year this coming Thursday, and I would give up every single so-called "success" I've had this past year to have another day with her.
I don't want pity, just peace.
