It was a long drive back, and I've got close to 300 photos

Don't get all excited over how fab you think they are

I look at it this way: I was a complete crafting noob,
a veritable idjut when it came to this sorta stuff before Thursday.
Most of these gals have so much more crafting experience than I have.

So if you take that into account, my stuff looks halfway decent!
Me and the teacher .
My personally autographed copy of Lisa's mag.
Colorful language pixelated out (Lisa talks like a sailor, shhhhh, don't tell!)
KIDDING!
There will be much more to follow in the days ahead, promise!
Including a lengthy post all about Ms. Lisa and her tag class...
just let me rest first! LOL!

What fun you had at your workshop. I love your tags. I know how you feel. When I go to quilting workshops, a lot of the other ladies are so much more talented, but then when I get home with my quilt, it looks wonderful when it is by itself. Your tags are the same way. So beautiful!!! Can't wait to see more pictures of your creativity!!! Love & blessings from NC!

I saw this post late last night & thought it was an ambien hallucination! What happened to photo-shop?? Did it break?? Double chin? No make up, greasy hair. Not sure if I can take you 'with' me now you LURD!
Seriously you exceeded every expectation I had, the charisma is so powerful! Lisa

ReplyDeleteAnne, what a pleasure to meet ya, but I regretted that we were not able to have more "hang time". I always feel like I have to be doing something...never can seem like I can sit and relax. Wanted to hang Sat night, but I knew if I sat down, I would not make it back up. LOL. I'd be the dormouse at the tea party (the one snoozing). LOL. But, I'm glad you had a good time, and gurl, your projects is purdy! You done good!
ReplyDeletehugs,
