The real truth?
I'm tired.
I'm cranky.
I'm worried.
We are now at almost three weeks past our original house closing date
and I am more than a little perturbed
at the slowness with which our bank
is handling this.
Mind you,
ALL paperwork is in and
everything
has been approved.
It's just the paperwork shuffle goin' on right now.
Mind you,
ALL paperwork is in and
everything
has been approved.
It's just the paperwork shuffle goin' on right now.
The bank reassures our Realtor that this is just the way it is
in this economy these days.
That nobody is closing on time,
that everybody is having their closing dates pushed back
and back
and back.
The seller is getting antsy and irritated, too.
And it crosses my mind
that
what if....
this all goes South at the 11th hour?
the deal falls through.
we lose the house.
Nope.
not gonna go there.
It's a new week now.
Gonna stay positive.
Gonna need some help, though.
That's where you come in.
Bear with me, that is all I ask.
Oh, and toss up a prayer or send a good thought,
whatever works for you, works for me.
That's all.
Just a little cathartic sharing before bedtime.
Sending
you
prayers and good thoughts for your week....
P.S.
An addendum:

Dear Bank,
Your time is not more valuable than mine.
No way, no shape, no how.
To find out today that I might have to take time off from work this week, leave the hospital and my patients to accommodate YOUR slowness in getting this done?
Not acceptable.
I know for a fact that your job is not more important than mine.
My job actually involves saving lives for a living, whose life did YOU save today?
Yeah, I thought so.
Wishing you a day full of unicorns and candy canes,
~Anne~

Yeh, I'm up and antsy at this wee hour too! For your waiting, 3 weeks does seem extreme! Especially since you are not waiting for construction to be complete, etc. Waiting in limbo, wondering...just take comfort in the fact that the closing will happen at the best time, and you will know that the wait truly was worth it. Perhaps the weather promises a more comfortable, pleasant moving experience in just a few more days? Wishing you peace. ~ Angela
ReplyDeleteHi Anne,
ReplyDeleteSo sorry sweet friend that you have been having the run around. This can be so hard when the waiting is so long. Love the pretty table.
I will say a prayer for you and really hope that you can be settled in your new home soon.
Happy week and I will have my fingers crossed.
Hugs
Carolyn
~*~ Im sending a prayer for you and your darling home your way~*~ I know how hard it is to wait on pins and needles for your dream of home(especially one so lovely) ownership to come your way~We bought a foreclosed 1930 cottage this past year and can remember the anxious nights just hoping we would get the call to sign the next day..you will soon..Im sure your white cottage farmhouse is meant to be yours! ;) Hang in there and think positive..you are going to have a blast decorating such a gem!! Love the ruffled tablecloth btw.. Blessings and a speedy closing, Rachel ~*~*
ReplyDeleteJust keep thinking positive. The power of prayer is a wonderful thing. Im sure you have so many of us praying that you get into that wonderful little home as soon as possible. Times are tough so maybe its true that the banks are taking longer. I await the post soon that says.....We're in!
ReplyDeleteyou're all ears....
ReplyDeletewe are all prayers.
have faith.
;)
I am so sorry that everything is taking so long to sort out. I hope the new week brings some good news, just stay positive and hopeful, that is meant to be your house so it will happen.
ReplyDeleteYou know...I have seen this like four-five times in blogerville since I joined up. I watched one girl wait almost two months, I think it was. She got the house but it kept getting pushed back. For whatever reason closing does take much longer than it used to. BTW she was an extreme case and a new buyer. You got the house, this is how it is now!
ReplyDeleteAnne dear,
ReplyDeletewhat a long waiting, how can they do that to people, ---but all you can do, is believe that it will soon be ok, and then suddenly one day,you will be bussy moving, unpacking all your "life" to start it in this beautifull new adress--I`m sure it cazn`t take long any more, sweetie.
Sending you warm positive thoughts, and crosses my fingers.
Love and hugs, Dorthe
Hi Anne,
ReplyDeleteWow, I have been away from the blogging scene for the last month & have only just checked back in.....was so hoping that you would have pictures of your new home.
I am hoping that everything falls into place for you this week.
Hugs from Australia,
Sarah J x
don't fret the little things ... but then again, I guess this is a big thing ...
ReplyDeletehonestly I've never heard of such delay ...
you are always in my prayers sweet thing!
let's chat
Hello Anne,
ReplyDeleteYou have the right attitude. Hang in there, it will happen. The banks are freeked out, and so afraid of fraud as there is alot of it. It's not right, but this administration has caused so much trouble...everywhere. Have faith, jump through all the hoops and you will have the key before you know it.
Love
Marcie
Toss out all those negative voices! Lots of prayers are being sent your way! Crossing our fingers for you, too.
ReplyDeleteWendy
P.S.(go to the Catholic store and buy a St Joseph statue...the directions will be on the box)
Oh...Anne,
ReplyDeleteI feel your pain. As a realtor, I suffer every day along with my clients when closings are delayed. This place is so you! It will happen soon. You'll see!
Enough already! They should get their paperwork finished and let you have your house! How many people are wanting their money these days? Things have to be SLOW, right? I will be praying for you and this deal to finish up:) HUGS to you my friend, hope it will be finalized soon!
ReplyDeletebelieve.
ReplyDeleteI'll pray that THIS will be the week for you!
ReplyDeleteAnne ~
ReplyDeleteI am sorry you are having to go through this !
I will be praying for you that this is the week !
xoxo
Lori
My fingers and toes have cramps...
ReplyDeleteI have been crossing them so long for you!
Sending up some prayers and some positive energy your way...that should push this closing over the edge! Hang in there girl!
:)
Anne .. i am praying you get the house .. never have a seen a house that 'fits' someone as easily as this one fits ya'll .. ya'll are in my thoughts and prayers ..
ReplyDeleteDo hope everything will fall into the right pieces soon! Oh, and lovely ruffles!
ReplyDeleteHelle
Hello Anne,
ReplyDeletePlease cheer up my sweet friend. I think your closing will be very soon but at the same time,
I know this is frustrating.
I have already sent up a prayer for you and will be thinking of you everyday.
hugs
Sissie
Ohmigosh, I can't believe your closing hasn't taken place yet! Yep, that is annoying, and I would be perturbed. Well, that would put it mildly. We've bought two houses and something went wrong, at the last minute, both times. And, it was the bank's issue, both times. I guess it's normal, and I'm sure it's even worse these days. But geez, people need to get on with their lives!
ReplyDeleteI'll certainly send some positive vibes out your way! I bet you are soooo anxious to get in that sweet house! It'll be ok Anne, just believe!!!
xo
Polly
Dear Dear Anne,
ReplyDeleteYour is the first blog I check every day...hoping as you do that the key will be in your hands. Of course, I pray for you that this all settles SOON! Wishing you a peaceful day...Bess in VA
I'm still crossed! Boy will we all be celebrating when this is all over. Stand outside after you tell us it's done and it's yours I think you will hear us screaming joy for you!
ReplyDeleteJust breath,
KarenSue
Sending you prayers and good thoughts back !! keep holding faith darling.......lovely week !!! hugs from me...Ria...
ReplyDeleteIt's a new day Anne! Sending prayers your way to speed up this closing, I can just imagine how badly you want to get into your new home. Have a wonderful and I hope house warming week! Theresa xoxo
ReplyDeletep.s. that tablecloth is AWESOME!
I understand that everything mortgage and closing related seems to be slower these days. Like you don't already have to jump through enough hoops? We refinanced earlier this year and even that (which was supposed to be a special quickey refinance with no excess paperwork, blah, blah) took much longer than we had thought - about 2 months longer. I was ready to tear my hair out. But it all worked out and your situation will, too! Sending positive thoughts your way.
ReplyDeletexo
Claudia
Oh how frustrating this must be! I don't understand why it would take so long, and why did they give you an earlier date if they know it's common for these things tend to take so long?
ReplyDeleteIt will work out--just maybe not as quickly as you would like.
That tablecloth is sweeeeeet!
take a deep breath IN...and a deep breath OUT and envision you and mr twig in that house. close your eyes and see yourself siting in YOUR chair by YOUR window looking out onto YOUR yard..YOUR barns...YOUR trees. you will be there mon amie. all in good time!
ReplyDelete3 weeks! I've never heard of a closing going that far past the date...unless is was a short sale or foreclosure but still! It will happen - believe me, the Realtors want it done just as much as you! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's so worth waiting for so keep saying your prayers and making LOTS of phone calls to make sure your file stays on top of the list.
This just gives you more time to plan and buy pretty new things ~
Hang in there!
Sarah
Anne... Sounds like a good time for that "old saying" - ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT... I've got my fingers crossed for YOU!*!*! Jeanine, ChiPPy!-SHaBBy!
ReplyDeleteSending postive thoughts and prayers your way. I believe everything happens for a reason. There IS a reason it is taking so long. You may realize that reason, however it may never be revealed to you. I'm sorry that you're going through such a rough time, but in the end, years from now, it will only be a faint memory. :)
ReplyDeleteI know... easy for me to say.
I wish you both the best!
gail
Ahhh Anne,
ReplyDeleteI call it dangling. The LOrd has had me "dangle" on his sufficiency many times... it feels so wild ~ but He's holding on to the other end and Alas~ all is well. Sending you a prayer for a swift resolution. ( I wanna start decorating MY room.)
ok....here we go. Try to make very long story short. When we bought the inn 8 years ago we put our house on the market and it sold in one month (the economy was good then). The bank had already approved our mortgage for the inn. Then something happened-3 weeks before we were set to close the bank through the loan out and said we needed a commercial loan, even though we were going to be living here....no one told us in all that time! We had to start from square one, and believe me a commercial loan takes a lot longer.
ReplyDeleteWe HAD to sell our house and close....so guess what....we were homeless! Paul and I, our dog, 2 of our daughters and all our belongings had to move in with my cousin in her tiny 2 bedroom ranch.
That's the short version. Here we are 8 years later, and that is all just a bad memory. It obviously worked out, and all I can say is KEEP THE FAITH. It's crazy times we live in, and it's hard for me to understand that the banks got our tax payer dollars and then make it so hard for all of us!
It will work out it's just frustrating in the meantime.
Prayers and good thoughts,
gail
Ok...let's sit at that beautiful table and wait together!! Everything will be just fine!
ReplyDeleteAnne.... Hang in There. Seems a silly thing to say. Been where you are at. Just hand on.
ReplyDeleteThink of you every day!
Ruth ;)
Oh my, I hope it all goes through! You would think that in this economy they would speed things along!?!? I don't get it?! I hear all the time about how house sells are lower than ever....maybe this is the reason why. They sleep on it! OK, I'm right after you sista! L.O.V.E that table cloth!! I've been "lusting" after it too!!
ReplyDeleteYou know the squeaky wheel gets the oil. Maybe it's time for a little rant. I do believe an explanation is in order toot sweet!
ReplyDeleteSeriously, I think if someone would just step up and explain the whys, you'd feel much better about the wait....so ask!
Debbie
Hang in there and stay on them! I know times are different because of the economy but if everything is approved, it doesn't make sense why it is taking so long! It seems to me that everyone is using the economy as an excuse for not doing their jobs on time!! Sorry, went off on a tangent!! My prayers are being sent up that if it is meant to be, it will be soon!!!
ReplyDeleteSorry my friend, it so hard to wait....You know we are all waiting with you! Hope you have a great week. sandi
ReplyDeleteHi Anne:
ReplyDeleteAdd my name to the list of friends praying for a speedy resolution to this waiting game. It's not fair that it should take so long. It's work product, people...who's not pulling their weight here? Really, heads should roll! "In this economy" you'd think that people would be more on the ball in order to look good to their employers. sigh There! My rant for the day...
xoxo
Donna
I know exactly what you are going through - Hang in there! Sometimes I feel like we are tested to see how much we want some thing. Keep dreaming about the end result - picture your rooms and them all decorated. Do anything that takes your mind off it - it will happen and just keep saying that. Cheer up - we are all here for you :) and I will be wishing good things to happen.
ReplyDeleteMore sweet prayers and positive thoughts coming your way, Anne!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Zuzu
God will make it all work out so don't waste any energy being negative! One day you will look back and say what was i stressing about? Besides banks are notorious for being like this...my hubby hates dealing with them!
ReplyDeleteBlessings Anne!
Pamela xo
Oh Annie, This some times does happen. Try to relax. If everything is in order it will happen soon. It is never quick enough when we want to start a new adventure in our life. But there may be a reason that you don't know about....yet:) I am sending out a humungous hug to you and a pray:) Keep us posted.
ReplyDelete~Debra
Capers of the vintage vixens
Prayers and thoughts shooting your way. What a pain in the tail. Economy or no economy, it shouldn't take a bank that long when everything is in order. It will happen my friend and then that little piece of heaven will all be yours!!!!
ReplyDeleteHappened to us once too... not because of the economy, but for stupid little reasons that had nothing to do with us.
ReplyDeleteWaiting is so hard. Hopefully the keys will be in your hands soon :-))
I'm soooo not good with waiting. Things sure have changed with closings. When we did it 6 years ago, we set a date and went and signed the papers. I've never heard of such a thing. Here to praying that you have the grace you need to wait. That God will grant you patience and that it will all work out smoothly.
ReplyDeleteI so feel with you Anne. I hope everything will wotk fine for you.
ReplyDeleteSending hugs
xo Tina
You got it Anne. Sadly the word patience comes to mind, but I know it's hard to do sometimes. Esp when you are waiting for something as fabulous as your home. In the world today, everything seems upside down. But then just think of the phase, everything comes to those who wait........one day, Char
ReplyDeleteBig hugs right now, stay positive, and know God is working this out!
ReplyDeletelove you big time, Girl!
D
Praying for peace for you. And, as I told my college daughter who came home in tears sure that she will fail (which she won't) ...what if you do?...then you move on to the next thing, and it will be OK. What if your house plans did fall through? (which they won't) Then, another door will open and it will be ok. This is all coming from a mom who was just in a panic last week because of the worry about the health of my kids...peace is so much better but sometimes so brief...I pray you will have peace and it will last!
ReplyDeleteHappy new week ahead Anne, Ive read the tea leaves they are all in your favor,I just know it.
ReplyDeleteLove love the tablecloth to cute.I would invest in that its adorable.
Take care and keep positive.(you could cross your fingers and toes just to be sure,LOL)
Oh Anne I am keeping my fingers crossed and saying a pray it all goes well for you. I have faith!!
ReplyDeleteUgh! 3 weeks!?!?! Praying that you get into your new house soon!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jody
Anne! Dont worry your pretty head! This is so normal for what is going on today! My Mother-in-Law works in bank loans and says the reason they take forever is now they really need to cross the i's and dot there t's. Everything now has to be very complete. Its totally normal and your seller won't go anywhere. It took us 45 days to close. The only way it goes longer is if there is a short sale. Which always take 90 days. No joke. You should close this week. I will pray for you! I KNOW you will close this week! Have a great day friend and stay positive! ~lulu
ReplyDeleteHi Anne,
ReplyDeleteI do feel for you...I remember moving into my house. My closing paperwork got lost on a desk at the escrow company...the girl was on vacation for a week. New tenants were moving into my rental as I was moving out...OMG!
My thoughts and prayers are with you! My house worked out...yours will too!
Best wishes,
Barbara
Praying lovey, my sis is going through the same. The table clothe is off the chain! hugs♣olive♣squeeze
ReplyDeleteoh hang in there my dear, it will all happen, it will, sending you a big ole hug all they way from the west coast! muwahh!
ReplyDeleteAnne, The same thing happened to us when we bought our current home last year. We were approved and then we sat and waited, and waited. The closing will happen and you will be moving into your new home shortly. I am sending good thoughts your way. xo, Sherry
ReplyDeleteHey Anne - keep your chin up, sweet friend! God is still in control and it'll all be good in the end! Praying that you'll receive a call from the bank today with a closing date..... :)

Hi Anne! That ruffled tablecloth is just the perfect distraction for your delayed closing. My goodness I just love that whole tablescape. I'm cheering for you, because you already know that place is yours yours yours! Happy thoughts! :>) ~Lili
ReplyDeleteHi Anne! Only good thoughts your way, it will all work out. I'm saying a little prayer for you as I hit send!!
ReplyDeleteXOXO
Kristin
Nothing more frustrating than the wait especially on something that important. Hope it flies by soon, and we will hear that you are moving in!!
ReplyDeleteCall me a silly little girl but what does the economy have to do with timely business? I never understood that.
ReplyDeleteThat table cloth is enough to give someone the vapors... let alone someone with en empty palate with which to decorate!
Anne, i can understand what you are going thru my hubby is in the mortgage business and what your realtor told you is accurate, i've seen his frustration over it too.....i'll keep you in my prayers for sure but it'll work out. sending big hugs, susan
ReplyDeleteI sweet Anne! I'm saying a prayer for God to hurry this up and you can get on with moving in your new home! I'm sorry that you're having to go through all of the bank's slowness! Hopefully soon you can post a whoopee!
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
shelia ;)
Hang in there Anne! We had a couple weeks of cutting through red tape to get to our closing and I can certainly understand your feelings. It's so, so frustrating I know. You have all my **positive thoughts**
ReplyDeleteHugs, Lara
I am so sorry this is taking so long for you! I can not imagine how frustrated you are!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh!!! I love that tablecloth!
Have a pretty day!
Kristin
It will happen but darn if it isn't taking too long!! Prayers and crossed fingers for you to close soon! Hugs to you also!
ReplyDeleteHang in there....thinking lots of positive thoughts for you!!!!
ReplyDeleteYep, it is all a bit frustrating, isn't it? I hate all the "stuff" that is involved in anything that has to do with mortgages. I've been refi-ing my commercial property where my store is for what seems like forever!! They keep saying you are approved, should only be eight business days or so. And each week they say the same thing. So, I try real hard to not think about it and be patient, but it isn't all that easy. Good positive thoughts going your way!
ReplyDeleteTake care, Sue
I'm so sorry you are having to go through this, but try to keep a POSITIVE attitude...it will send good vibes to the bank!!!! I feel things will go through, BUT...if the deal does fall through just know that it is all in God's plan and sometimes His plan doesn't jive with ours...however, HIS plan is always best!!!! Hang in there...wishing you peace and joy, no matter what.
ReplyDeleteOh no! I am so sorry they are dragging their feet! What is the deal??? Stinks! I like the table cloth!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Lisa
If you don't get this house they'll have a lot of angry blogger out there jumping all over their ****. Nothing spreads faster then a blogger rant and they'll be getting only bad press !!!
ReplyDeletehang in there!
xx
Carole
I’m with Trash TAlk...time to go to the bank and kick some butt. The greasy wheel and all that! They need to put your paper work on top of the pile...You would think that the opposite would be true in a slow economy...they should be all over this and fast. Buggers!!!! But hang in there in the meantime and yes, perhaps its time to pester em...
ReplyDeleteAlready said prayers for you. It's so hard to be patient but that's my prayers for you that God will give you patience and peace and your dream home will be a reality soon! Eighteen years ago our closing foiled 5 minutes before zero hour. Needless to say I was diagnosed with a hypo thyroid after that stressful ordeal. May the good Lord bless you and watch over all the details.
ReplyDeleteGod Bless
Hello Anne,
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry that the closing process is taking so long to sort out. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
You are so not alone in lusting after that tablecloth! I do not remember where I first saw it, but I have been lusting after it for a while now. It is on my wish list...
~ Tracy
That tablecloth..oh my!!! Fabulous.
ReplyDeleteIt is all going to work out perfectly because God has it all in His hands. Don't you worry, my friend, you will be in that lovely home so soon.
ReplyDeleteI know what it's like to wait....our home in GA has been on the market for two years.
ReplyDeleteUGHHHHH.
We paid the mortgage for a year....bout killed us.
Then, we had renters for the past year...they just bought a house (in their price range).
Which means, we're back to square one.
it STINKS..yet, we trust in GOD, who knows all things and who is the perfect provider and teacher of life lessons.
saying extra prayers for you and your family...
praying that you know HIS peace that surpasses all of these circumstances that don't make any sense.
I'm thinking that a lot of people would like to use that Dear Bank letter to send off, too! Prayers? You got it! Prayers full of faith and hope and trust, and I know God has His best planned for your future, cause He told me so in Jeremiah 29:11:
ReplyDelete"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
You WILL close, I just know it! Love the tablecloth, by the way!
Hugs,
Laurie
My heart is with you...saying a prayer for you!
ReplyDeleteLisa
Oh Anne girl, this would drive me to drink I think. I am praying that this gets done soon for you. Don't they know how badly all of us bloggers want you to get moved in so we can see how you are going to adorn this beauty???????
ReplyDeleteThank you so much sweetie for leaving such dear words for me on my last post. You are such a dear friend.
hugs
You tell em' you cranky b&*(h! LOL I love it. Whose life have you saved lately? You tell him girl! I hate that you have to go throught this BS right now. It'll happen tho, it will. You can get those keys in your hot little hand & then the fun begins! Lisa
ReplyDeleteOh sweet Anne, I'm so sorry!!!! I do hope and pray the closing comes quickly and goes wonderfully ~ Banks are the devil....I've already decided that. And you're SO RIGHT about the value of time ~ yours is just as valuable and more! Sending prayers up for you girl, sending you hugs and love, Dawn
ReplyDeleteHi Anne, Honey it will all work out, but it is just frustrating right now. It isn't just in your area, but all over the country. The banks are so afraid thay are going to be in trouble that they make everyone else suffer. I will say an extra prayer for you along with my others. I think I would be hounding the bank for an answer to why the holdup. I don't have patience at times maybe it is my old age. Hehe. You have a great day, Your Missouri Friend.
ReplyDeleteSending a plethora of powerful paperwork-signing prayers your way!! Hang in there, it will happen!!
ReplyDelete~michelle~
Anne
ReplyDeleteI love you sweet girl, sending you love & hugs and praying for you everyday. Hang in there keep smiling. I know its hard, waiting stinks:(
love & hugs
Kate
I know how irritating it is to deal with someone who acts like your time is unimportant...but I am keeping only positive thoughts that this will be settled for you SOON! XO
ReplyDeleteAnne, sending a prayer up for you that things come together very soon and that you will be able to close on your house. I know how frustrating this can be. Hang in there. Love & blessings from NC!
ReplyDeleteIf I can reinsure you, here in France, banks and solicitors are as slow as in US and are very pernickety.
ReplyDeleteHope for you, all will be settled very quickly.
Dear One, don't know if it will be any assistance but... I asked someone I know, who works in a local bank [my son in fact], about this. It's not his area of expertise but... All he could think of is.... Rates are so low now, that everyone who can, is refinancing.
ReplyDeleteRefinancing isn't the same as your buying but.... They may all be in the same piles, to go through.
He suggested that you call the bank yourself, and not just hear, through your realaltor.... Perhaps if your bank speaks to you, you'll get a better explanation of the "WHY" of the delay.
Very good wishes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Crikey your banks sure are sloooow over there in the US! I'm sure everything will be fine though, I'm sending you lots of postive vibes....
ReplyDeletealicia :0)
I know how completely disheartening this can be. Hang in there girlfriend - before you know it you will be in full-on nesting mode!
ReplyDeleteThinking of you,
xx
You would think that with the "current economy", the bank would be anxious to get that payment (interest) started. What kind of paperwork causes such a delay? Aren't your taxes paying for that big bailout they recieved? I hate banks - can't you tell? You are being very gracious. Hang in there girlie. You're right....YOU are more important than the suits!
ReplyDeleteThat makes no sense... I'm sorry you are having to wait like this! I don't blame you for being frustrated... I would be, too! Hoping the best for you Anne and praying the current homeowner will be patient through this setback.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry you're in the midst of this ordeal right now... I feel your pain....we've been through the same thing. I'm just sure it's all going to work out for you and you'll be decorating that darling home before you know it. :-)
ReplyDeleteGod's blessings,
Spencer
The wait is the hardest part. You would think banks would be faster right now not a lot of houses selling right now.
ReplyDeletedoes it help to tell you that we just refinanced, and that was pushed back over 2 weeks Anne!! just for a refi!!
ReplyDeleteand btw: my events website was under construction and closing it temporarily was the only way to do it so you don't jump across "a mess"...tomorrow morning at 6:00 AM it will be up and running!!!!
sorry :)
You tell them,

word exactly summed them up!
PPS: Yes, that tablecloth...
{SIGH}
Oh you poor thing,I feel your pain I really do...banks suck!!! They don;t care at all about the stress they cause the "little people" Not to worry it will all work out...really!!!! x0x0
ReplyDeleteThis just happened to my husbands sister...We went with our truck and trailer ready to move some of her stuff. When she got back they told her she could not close and it maybe two weeks. I felt so bad for her, everything was packed and the movers where coming on Sat. to move the big items. Well it will all be worth it for you, just hang in there. Oh and please continue to save lives! LOL
ReplyDeleteAnne, Oh what a stressful time this can be. I will keep you in my prayers .....yes I will. Think about how good you will both be feeling when you spend your first night in your new home.....it will happen:-)
ReplyDeleteLove that addendum, Anne, you tell 'em. Hang in there, we're all praying for you, sweetie.

Anne amor, how I have missed your wonderful posts :) I know that this isn't the way that you want things to be...but amor...they will be as they must be...this is a lesson that I am myself learning...it isn't always a happy one nor one that I want to learn much less embrace...but it is definitely one that I am "learning" to live with....I hope that before you know it, you are in your "new" beautiful home, giving it all the special and personal touches that will truly make it {your haven} For it shall be....because...it was meant to be :) Be back soon to visit & catch up some more...because even though I didn't leave comments...when I was at my lowest...I would visit you all and inhale everyone's wonderful posts, pictures, stories and got a lil bit of extra strength & happiness to face another day, another week...and for that I thank you and all the other wonderful bellas whose beautiful blogs I visited :) Take care amor and have a wonderful time dreamin about colors and decor for your new casa bella! ;) Besos, Rose
ReplyDeleteLoved your letter to the bank...if only they would move faster! Blessings.
ReplyDeleteLast night as my Father lulled me to sleep after being all up and wake and excited and internally jumping outside of myself with ideas for a luncheon I am hosting in a week.5, he told me to stop worrying over details. He reminded me of the idea of not worrying for tommorrow. Just thought I'd pass His words on...
ReplyDeleteI know waiting can be quite the challenge and I pray you get you DAZZLING home soon!
you poor thing. i am sure you are so anxious to get this closing over with and get moved into your adorable home. i'm thinking of you and hope this happens really soon.
ReplyDeleteHang in there lady....it will all come together!!
ReplyDeletethey are poopheads... everyone of them! Keep thinking positive, it will all work out :)
