ReplyDeleteAnd on a side note, Hickman is a family name for me!
Kat :)
Heehee, in the other room my husband is watching the show Paranormal State right now! I'm thinking how creepy it would be to find this laying around in someone's attic, what you did with it would scare the bejeesus out of anyone! xo ~Lili

I have to make a confession. There are certain parts of Halloween that scare me ;0) I'm more of the friendly type of Halloween's, you know the ones that little kids like!
ReplyDeleteTake care, Sue
I don't think I could have the original in my house lol .. She really truly is kinda creepy.
ReplyDeleteYou are awesome! I thought her eyes were freaky enough in the original! You did this Elements? You rock!
ReplyDeleteThey look frightfully awesome. I know my way around PS a bit, but I have no idea how you did those. Please a PS tutorial is in order here!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
Shudder and shiver, they are horrid! And I mean that in the best way, lol. The last one is my favourite. You are so clever, I am pretty useless with photoshop unless somebody talks me through the steps a million times.
ReplyDeleteANNE-they are GORGEUS scarry- love them, -you are fantastic,sweetie-- now you just have to use them in a spooky collage :)
ReplyDeleteHugs, Dorthe

Love the one with 3 images ~ thank goodness you say you used PS...I would have thought someone spike my coffee this morning!
ReplyDeleteOh my! Her eyes and the photo with the dripping blood! Definitely eerie and spooky! Great job, Anne!
ReplyDeleteDiane
Awwww, she's my great grandmother, so be kind. Just kiddin'.....I love the bloody effect and the last one with the gauzy streaks. Fun Fun!
ReplyDeleteI love all the effects you achieved with PS. I have tried using it, and just don't get it -- not user friendly to me! And my copy is older (a 5 vs. 8+ that is out now) and I can't deal with it. I need to take a class to learn how to operate it.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, you did some really nice techniques on the old photo. Loved the gauzy one! Thanks for sharing!
I love seeing how others create spooky images! Those are great!~Hugs, Patti
ReplyDeleteGood morning, Fairy Blogmother!
ReplyDeleteThat's right, I consider you
one of mine : ) !!
THIS is really creepy.
Seriously.
Freaky!
But it's cool that you know
how to do all of this stuff!
I liked them all but the
bloody one {EEK!}....
Happy Monday, Anne!
xx Suzanne

Capers of the vintage vixens
Anne, you SCARED me:) Love your images my friend! BIG HUGS!
ReplyDeleteHilarious.
ReplyDeleteAnd even more funny had you been able to join us this last weekend! At one point "Shop the Shed" was sheer pandamonium and the merchandise was FLYING out of there, women everywhere, Mom and I on our tiptoes to peek our heads above the crowd to communicate when this woman comes up to me with this little teeny, stupid "Boo!" sign... something my Mom would never buy, let alone, stage in her sale... but apparently she had found it at the thrift shoppe and just put in on a pile... so anyways, out of all the beautiful things on our sale this customer picks up the "BOO!" sign and asks me how much it was... I crane my neck above the fray,
"Yo! Mom! Boo?"
She hollers back, "One dollar!"
Dang, it's really not that funny in writing is it... but it became the joke of the day... "Boo!"
Sorry to put you thru that Anne. LOL!

Okay missy, you are having way too much fun!!! In the past I played with all kinds of images I had and spooked them up, too, so I know how addictive it can get once you start.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Meri
She's way creepy even without your PS effects! Yikes...I need someone to hold me!
ReplyDeleteNow that's some spooky FUN! You're so right that the photo really is pretty creepy before you began working on it. The ones with the blood is totally scary!
ReplyDeletePatricia :o)
