P.S. Sounds like a week well spent.
busy, busy week. but it looks like a good kind of busy. especially with sleep in late thursday and getting all the stuff moved to your new home. that is so exciting to me.
ReplyDeleteBusy, busy, busy girl. Just moving stuff from one house to the other is enough. And of course your house will look every bit as good if not better. It just takes time, especially when you work outside the home. I don't see how you do it. The photos are gorgeous, by the way.
ReplyDeleteYou do get alot accomplished in a week! I wanted to tell you I found a copy of the new Romantic Country with your photo shoot in it....amazing love your work!! I am also drooling over the three french water pitchers above. We watch American Idol as well. I hope you stick to your sleep in day.

ReplyDeleteAnne, seeing that little collage of doll shoes in your post just made my heart sing... that brings back so many nice memories for me,as those shoes were gifts from several different friends and I finally found a way to display them. Thank-you for all the lovely photos that you are using of our house, most I am seeing for the first time, what a treat. You sound happy, and like a girl on a mission. Love Linda
ReplyDeleteGreat post! And that you had the opportunity to sit down and reflect the entire week and all that you accomplished makes it that much better. We should all do that.

Have another great week! Karen
Whew! I am exhausted just reading it! But somehow I am guessing we just are not the type of people to sit home, watching soap operas and eating bon-bons all day! ;o)
ReplyDeleteHappy Day to you!
Mary
I thought I worked hard all week but your schedule makes me feel like I was a slacker! Are you looking for a camera strap or a camera strap cover? I'd love to send you one of my strap covers if you would like one. Let me know and I'll send you a picture.
ReplyDeleteNow, go take a breather!
Your week sounds as busy as mine...I need a break!! But there's no time for that! I love your photos...always! Just makes my day! I did finally get my hands on a copy of the magazine & was bragging on you this past Sunday while at Olde Tyme Marketplace. :-)

Your pictures make me smile everytime I visit your blog! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI am going to Fredricksburg in a couple of weeks and I LOVE the Homestead store. I live in Granbury (SW of Fort Worth) and there is a Homestead store in a litte town about 45 min from here called Hico. It has the similar antiques and goods for sale and the building even looks the same. I wonder if they are the same owners? They put on a wonderful Antique show in May and October. MUCH smaller than Roundtop, but lots of great dealers!
Beautiful photos Anne~ Im so happy you featured my sweet friend Tricia from A Rosy Note too..she is the best!! :) Hugs,Rachel

ReplyDeleteHi Anne, I know about carting things to the new house. Since it is so small I am carting things to Goodwill, carting things to friends, carting things to my friend's seasonal show in Albany (Oregon) etc. I think we're becoming vagabonds! (Speak for myself, huh)?

I'm waiting for your post on how to SLOW life down for all of us! The way time passes so quickly really freaks me out. There are always so many things I "want" to do, but all the stuff I "need" to do gets in the way! Hope life will cut you some slack soon!
