Ain't she sweet?
See her walking down that street.
Yes I ask you very confidentially,
ain't she sweet?
Ain't she nice? Look her over once or twice.
Yes I ask you very confidentially, ain't she nice?
Yes I ask you very confidentially, ain't she nice?
Just cast an eye in her direction,
oh me oh my, ain't that perfection?
Yes I ask you very confidentially,
ain't she sweet?

We were in Fredericksburg & the surrounding area this past week, I thought of you. It is certainly lovely this season. I guess we had the perfect balance of drought and rain to produce spring spectacular wildflowers! I am envious that you are able to live there all the time, what a blessing!

ReplyDeleteHave a happy day dear!!!
Beautiful, as always :)
ReplyDeleteI just love the celebration of women mentoring women, Anne. I'm sure dear Rose influenced your life in so many meaningful ways. And though she doesn't by any means replace your mom, it is nice to have a "mother figure" in our lives just because they know how to mother! And no matter how old we are, we still need mothering. Wishing you a happy day today.
