You've waited.
You've been patient...
Wait, strike that.
Most of you have been patient. ;-)
I'm back to share the "before" pics of our new home with you today!
Now by "before" I'm referring to before we move in.
We did the pre-closing walk through yesterday,
so I made sure to document as much of the space as I could,
including such non-glam things as closet space. See how much I like y'all?

But first, a confession.
I'm feeling very disappointed in myself the past couple of weeks,
because I've had to make a tough choice...I love to visit all of your blogs
and see what you're up to and to leave y'all a comment
to let you know I popped by.

But with working LOTS more back-breaking 12 hour shifts at the hospital,
as well as preparing to move, I just haven't been able to find time
to make the rounds like I usually do.

However, I do read every single comment, and I appreciate each one so much!
So please accept my apologies, with the promise that things
should settle back to normal within the next month or so.
Hmmmm, it's that "or so" that has me worried! ;-)

Enough words, have a seat on my porch swing and get ready to come inside...
Welcome to my living room...

We're going to be stuck with these bleh shades
the homeowners left until I can arrange for something else.

You see the stained glass window
on the large window on the right?

Dreamy.
Here it is from the outside...
Back inside...
Bedroom #1...
Berber carpet.
I'm sure there are hardwoods underneath,
but I'm okay with the carpet for now.
but I'm okay with the carpet for now.
The guest bath...
Lovin' the beadboard.
There was only room for a stackable washer and dryer unit here,
so I'm very glad the current owners are letting this convey.
Our full size units will stay with our current house once it sells, too.

Across the hall to the Master...
Have you noticed that there are
stunning transom windows throughout the cottage?
And now, you will excuse me as I post a series of photos
of my new Master Bathroom door.
of my new Master Bathroom door.
I am just a wee bit obsessed with it!
And the view of it from inside the bathroom...(I'm such a dork!)
More fabulous beadboard!
This tub photo was taken during our June tour of the house.
This is a 100 year old home, do you know how highly unusual
it is to find a jetted tub in one of these old gals???
it is to find a jetted tub in one of these old gals???
Anyhoo.
The Master closet is located just inside the bathroom,
and it's quite large, actually.

Now, having shown you this, that still didn't prevent me
from purchasing an AMAZING old wardrobe yesterday afternoon
for an obscenely low price. Pics to follow after we've moved in.

And now for the kitchen, right this way...
Hall closets on the right, kitchen door on the left.
{confession time: I'm thrilled that there's a kitchen door!
I've never been a fan of "open concept" floor plans.
I love a well defined space, and I really like the separation of rooms using doors.
I know I'm pretty much alone in this preference. /rant.}
More beadboard {squeee}!
Dining room, just off the kitchen...
I have the most perfect farmhouse table
for this space. Just wait, you'll see.
Saving my pennies for a crystal chandie to replace the existing one.
Soooo....that's it for now.
Part Two of the tour will feature the great outdoors,
so be sure to hurry back.

Oh, one more surprise!
Fredericksburg is renowned for its peaches,
so guess what we have in the backyard?

Free peaches for anyone who helps us paint! ;-)

And HERE to get a peek inside, too!
Have a beautiful Thursday!

Just gorgeous! Love all the character and can't wait to see you decorate it!
I was all giddy when I saw your post title Anne! The house is SO you - and I only know you through blogland!! but I can see the space is awesome - and it looks like not a lot of work - which is SUPER rare - besides that jet tub rarity too -
when we first moved into our farm house - ugh - nothing like what you got there - it's a peach! and I mean that in a really good way!!
xo+blessings,
Anne Marie
Love this house! Can hardly wait to see photos once you get moved in!!
I love it, Anne!!! I dream of living in a charming old home like this someday! That master bath door is wonderful and I love white kitchens! I didn't realize it's in Fredricksburg! I have only visited once, but I love Fredricksburg! It's so charming as is your new home! Congratulations!!!
Michelle
It is going to be so gorgeous when you get done with it! I bet you can't wait to get in there!~Hugs, Patti
I love love your new house. Can I move in?lol
It looks so dreamy. I love old houses.
Cant wait to see more pics of the place.
Hugs and Love
Becky
I know it's wrong but I am over-the-top jealous of your new home! :) I love everything about it and think you are one lucky lucky girl!
The beadboard, the huge windows, the fabulous doors, the kitchen cabinets, the swing, the beautiful front door.....I could go on and on. Back when there were good shows on HGTV, they always showed beautiful homes in Fredricksburg. I happy for you that things have worked out with the home and can hardly wait to see what you do with it. Congratulations!
:) Sarah
Anne, oh my goodness I'm in love with your new home. For some reason I look at the pics and think, this truly is "The House of Twig". You are blessed, but also know for this newbie blogger, you have been a blessing to me.
~G~
hugs :)
So quaint! I love love all of the character! There are absolutely NO houses like this around my parts....we arent as "vintage" as you inlanders!
I cant wait to see the rest of it ...and yes, I can be patient :)
Im sure that you are excited to get that "official" skeleton key tomorrow!!! WOOHOO!
XOX
Anne, I am in love with your home ..I have tried my best not to be envious, but with every image that ugly green monster reared his head .. forgive me..I can just taste the delish peach cobblers you will make in that kitchen .. I will have to send you some of my best soup recipes for winter ..I hope the porch swing also stays ..I am so happy for you both .. Congrats.. love, Troy
You are one busy gal! Can't wait to see all that you get done. Take some time to rest though.
Have a great weekend!

Aw it is just beautiful! I love every room! You have gotta' do a blue/white theme in your kitchen to go with those darling blue floral tiles. Have a relaxing weekend sweetie.
xo, Lara
I am so happy that things have worked out for you and you will be moving in soon. The house is gorgeous and has such character. I can't wait to see your touch added to each room. It will be so beautiful. Love & blessings from NC!
Love the tour, gorgissimo! And fresh peaches too!! I'm so happy that it's almost "there"!
love you,
Debra
Love your new home.......what a great looking kitchen! And the front porch...wow, I bet you can't wait to sit out there in the evenings. Congratulations to you all and I am very excited for you! What a fun time!
I just love the house and all the details. I can't wait to see it when you have put all of your lovely touches on it. Beautiful. As for the open floor plan, nope, not me either. When my husband and I designed and built our home we wanted it to have the more old farm house feel like my parents. Separate livingroom, dinning room and kitchen. I will tell you, a friend who does have an open floor plan home said that it does get noisey at parties because all the rooms are open. Love the new house, congrats!
Oh I heart everything about it! I am a lover of old homes - they have so much character and this one is just stunning!! Can't WAIT to see more :)
No you are not alone on the defined spaces thing. I like cozy defined spaces as well. I just can't get over all that beadboard! I am in love with it! Can't wait to see your stamp on the house. It's a cutie!
Hugs,
Shelley
okay, maybe I was one of the impatient ones.... I am in love with your house. And the bathroom door. I also like closed off spaces. I think it is a vintage thing.... more doors= more vintage hardware and moulding, etc.
congrats!
Oh... and that hall closet is swoony swoon swoon!
What a Wonderful Home ~ Such Quaint Qualities & Peaches too.... Can't wait for the Outside tour, then of course when you move in & we can see what Your Stuff Does for the place ~ Can Hardly Wait!
I just LOVE your new home, Anne! I only hope Mr. Nancy and I find one we love as much. The character and charm of yours is wonderful. There's so much to love about it. I can't wait to see how you fix it up with your own personal touch. It'll be fun to see!
Hugs,
Nancy
I adore your new home, Anne! It has so much character which you just don't find in new construction! The woodwork is amazing, and I love your bath & kitchen. Congrats! Oh, love your front door knob, too :)
I love your house and its no wonder you bought it :) Love all the features :) Great photos :)
Wonderful house! If you disappear for awhile I will totally understand! Working, packing, life.....of course! Just as long as you do come back and show us more pictures of when you move in!
Hugs,
Jody
beautiful. can't wait to see your finished product....it'll be so much fun following along on your journey to make it yours!
~*~* I LOVE your new cottage! It is so beautiful and charming..I like it more than my own home..and that is saying alot!! Congrats ~ It is a true gem!~*~*~* Blessings, Rachel
Oh, Dear little Anne! I just love your sweet cottage! I'm so happy for you and do you know how wonderful it is you have the updated kitchen (so cute, by the way) and the bathrooms! I love all of the beadboard too.
Woo Hooness for you!! You just do what you need to ~ just know I'll be here waiting with bells on.
Be a sweetie,
shelia ;)
Seriously.. You bought the coolest house ever! I am moving in with you.. I can paint and I love peaches!
Oh Anne, good bones. I am a dork about that door also. Blogger would not let me comment on your last post. hugs♥olive
Anne, I'm so happy for you, how excited you must be! Can't wait to see it after you add your touch to it! hugs~~~ Daphne
Your going to have so much fun, I can't wait to see what you do, enjoy!!
Girl, I love me some peaches...and we all know I LOVE to paint, so if you hear a knock on your door - yes, it is probably me!
Love...and good old fashioned coveting of this cute house is happening over here. ;o)
~mary~
Enjoyed the tour, but I'm back out on the swing. I may just spend the night out here!
Love the wall of cabinets in the kitchen. For a 100 year old lady, this one has some splendid accessories. You are going to LOVE this house. It will be a HOME in no time. ~ Sarah
its sooooo dreamy and perfect!!!
Gorgeous!!!! I am with you on the defined spaces and the old doors. Oh best of luck moving and painting - If I lived closer I would come to the painting party!
Anne!
Can you feel my smile for you? The house is lovely I look forward to your journey of making this old house your home! For the record, unlike McMansions or today’s designer trends to knock down walls and have one open shared space, the Fairfield House is true to its Victorian architecture and compartmentalized. Every room has it’s original door (thirty-two of them), door knob, lock and skeleton key. And I love it that way!
Your Friend,
Deborah
Swooning!!!!!! Happy new home it's just beautiful, enjoy every minute!!!
xo,
LuLu
Don't worry about "making the rounds." You are going to be SO busy in the next few weeks! But, wow, is it going to be worth it!! The house is beauitful! Can't wait to see how your make it into your home.
Patricia :o)
Love this house! Can hardly wait to see photos once you get moved in...and when you pay my trip...i come over to help you darling.....love Ria....hahhahahahh!!!
Your house is so lovely and has so much character.
I'm with everyone else and can't wait to see it decorated by you.
hugs
Sissie
Wonderful tour! You are NOT alone in preferring well-defined spaces. We have been looking for five months for a home in the location my hubby is working. I hate the open concept trend myself and love the formal dining room, separate kitchen and not having to worry about food born particles landing in my living room. I can hardly wait to see pics as you make it your own. I LOVE the kitchen. Bead board is my favourite detail in old homes. I hope the transition goes smoothly.
Anne,
I am so happy for you, what a wonderful place so full of character. I love the transoms over the interior bedroom doors. Oh, the fun you will have making this home.
Debbie
We're all so looking forward to you moving in and decorating it!
Please don't get too busy to keep us updated! I got preoccupied with opening and running a shop a couple of years ago and didn't have time to blog regularly or read the blogs. Totally lost track of everybody and everything. But finally, this time, I think I'll get back in the habit. Don't let this happen to you! LOL
Your new home is gorgeous! Love all the character in an older home (our first home was over 100 years old as well) and can't wait to see you decorate it!
As hard as we try, you just can't recreate that kind of character and charm. By the way, I'm not a fan of open concept either. Although we live in a relatively new house, it is similar to an old house with front porch, doors, well defined areas. Can't wait to see this house evolve with your touches.
It is perfect!! I can not wait to see what it looks like with all your things inside! Lots of luck!!
I always wanted to go to Fredericksburg. It's so far from good old NJ, but maybe some day. The house looks beautiful....and that property...can't wait to see the decorating, you've got a great canvas on which to work!

I'm on my way ... and I DO know how to paint ...
I can make a pretty mean peach pie, too
the house is sooooo you
Your new place looks absolutely wonderful! I'm sure you will have so much fun decorating it. Fun times!
Debbie
What a great tour of your beautiful new home Anne! I can't wait to see it once you get your talented hands on it! I do know how to paint, even though I'm messy... now all I have to do is convince my family I need to go to Texas to get some peaches!! Have a great night! Theresa xo
The words that come to mind are charming and home. It certainly is not a house but a home. I know you will be so happy there. Blessings to you both and your new home.
Beautiful! I can't wait to see the afters...I'm drooling over that bathroom door too!
I have to agree with you about separate rooms though. I guess it comes from years of living in military housing; everything is open.
Peach tree in the back...I'm in love!!! Peach cobbler is on my list of desserts to make this weekend. :)
You had me at the front porch! OH! I'm in love! It's like a blank canvas for your to paint your own picture...although I am a 'white' sort of girl. I really can't wait to see what you do with it! Congratulations!
xoxo
Jane
i love it!! i can't wait to see how you decorate it!
Get your peaches ready 'cuz I'm coming to help paint!!! I can't wait to see what you've done with the place!!!
Congratulations! Love that cabinet in the master bedroom. Love all the pictures!!
Anxiously awaiting any updates. Good Luck and have fun.
Jeanette
Anne! I am in love with your home! Now you need to tuck these into a scrapbook called called "House History" & keep it with the house if you ever do move :) & then again after you decorate. & of course pictures of you guys! I keep meaning to make a book like that even though I have no plans to move. We should get into a little bigger place but I am so sentimental! I can't leave all our memories! :) Thanks for the tour! I do love it!
You are so, so, so lucky...love all the white and that bathroom door is awesome. I can't wait to see how you decorate it!
Rondell
A beautiful home....looking forward to watching you make it your own! Congratulations and I hope that it is filled with fun and good times for years to come! :)
I can't speak...my brain won't work...
Love the house.
glenda
Lovely home! Can't wait to see it all decorated!!!
mmmm peaches, love em!

{{{Hugs}}} Carol
Jeez, it just keeps getting better and better! I love your new home. The doors, the transoms, the porch - all of it. Peaches too! I cannot wait to see how it evolves with your TLC applied to it. By the way, I am not a fan of the open concept either. I am slowly getting adjusted to it, but I much prefer specifically designed spaces.
~ Tracy
Oh, this is fantastic! It will be so much fun watching you make this house your home. I agree about a door on the kitchen. I love the pedestal scallop bathroom sinks. The swing, the stained glass window...I could go on and on. Congratulations and I'm sure you are going to be so happy living there.
Oh my stars!!! That is absolutely lovely! I will help paint! Texas is a little far, but I will be there in spirit in that gorgeous home!!!
The windows and doors are just gorgeous! Can't wait for more. I can help you paint, I live in Nor-Cal. Where are you? Marcia
Oh my gosh, Anne!!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY ADDDDOOOORRRE YOUR NEW HOME!!!!! It's like the house of my dreams!!! You are so blessed, girlfriend!!! I love every single thing about it. Seriously....I couldn't find anything I didn't like (well...maybe that chandy?). I'm positively swooooning over the beadboard, the wood floors, the pedestal sinks, the whiteness!!! BEAUTIFUL!! (I'm not jealous...I'm not jealous....)
Breathe deep and just keep repeating, "I can't believe it's mine!" lol!
Hugs!
xoxo laurie@heavens-walk
Anne, I'm drooling over this house. I have to agree with you about the defined spaces. I too like the separtations of rooms. I don't like open floor plans. I like each room to be it's own. So dear, your not alone.
After all that hard work you have been doing and all the hard work you will be doing that tub is going to be a God sent.
Can't wait to see more!
Jessica
Your home is so homey and it doesn't even have your stuff (antiques), in it yet! I know it'll be truly AmAzInG when you've worked your magic on it! Enjoy the moment! Debbie @ Cottage Hann~Me~Downs
I am so happy for you, Anne! You're not a dork you're just excited. The house is gorgeous, I love that guest bath, it's so sweet. Actually, I love the whole house. Hear you on the stackable washer/dryer we ended up getting a washer/dryer that is one unit and does both after our full size ones gave out, we needed the room and it's worked out perfect. I would help you paint in a second if I was closer (really!). We have a peach tree in back too, what's an old house without peaches? I am so happy for YOU... what a weekend you're going to have ~ enjoy sweet lady (and hubby too ;)
xo~Tracie
What a doll house! I going to have to come back often to she how you decorate it. Congrats!
Love, love, love the house key and the rest of the house is pretty fabulous too! Congratulation Anne-- I smiled through the whole tour... and had house envy when your finished. It's great!

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee! Thank you!
Oh I love doors, also!!! LUV 'EM.
You are in a busy time. Life happens. It is sweet to worry about not being able to visit/comment in other blogs, but a true Friend will understand. Plus, I so understand the feeling of "Oh I didn't read/comment enough!" And mine is just a little blog.
You have a lovely blog with a large following. It is very sweet, that you worry too. But don't. :-) Really don't. Just keep taking us along on this marvelous adventure of the new house!
Gentle hugs...
oh Anne the house is lovely, absolutely lovely, I really like all the wood paneling, so pretty! and the kitchen is just darling! I can't wait to see it all spiffed up with your magic touch! hope you aren't working too hard! have a great weekend! xo, T
I love, love your house and I am pea green with envy. I too am a fan of doors. I love Fredricksburg and you are so lucky to live in the beautiful Texas Hill country I will paint for peaches.
It just oozes with character. I heart every nook and cranny!!!! So excited for you to make it your own:)
OHMYGOODNESS GIRL!!!!! I'm packing my bags RIGHT NOW to claim my bedroom!!!!!! I'm so in love with your house sweet friend ~ it's so perfect for "The Twigs"...I love every little thing about it ~ I'm so happy for you both Anne! Have a wonderful weekend sweet friend, hugs and love, Dawn
That is a great door. So unusual for a bedroom. Is that an opening transom window above it?
CHARACTER...to the max! LOVE LOVE! I am obsessed with doors in old houses! I will be doing a post soon strictly on the doors in our century home and then maybe a post on doorknobs!! You are lucky everything has already been painted white so you can have a nice vision of what's to come!
Lisa
How exciting!
Congrats, it's beautiful. I can see why you are so excited!! Amazing!
Enjoy,
Rosemary
Congrats! I love everything about it! Cant wait to see what touches you put on it...

Oh Anne...... Congrats to You and Mr.Twig!
It's a fabulous gem. You will just love it to death I'm sure!
Enjoy... Ruth ;)
Beautiful Anne, you'll have a ball decorating. Do show pics. Love the bathroom door too! Enjoy, Riki
I definitely think painted floors would look great in your new house. It would be perfect. My friend has an older home and she did a checker pattern with ivory and olive green in her kitchen. I just love it.
I can't wait to see all the wonderful things you are going to do with the new house.
Jessica
I guess you can figure from all the comments WE LOVE IT!
So happy for you and Mr Twig and hope you have many years of happiness there!
Looking forward to seeing you put your touches in.

Carole
I just found you and you had me at "skeleton key"...sort of like Cruise and you had me at "hello." I was thrilled when I realized that the peaches in your hand meant Fredricksburg, Texas!!!! My dream is to one day live in Fred...wow..I can hardly wait to watch you make this jewel your home!
What a wonderful place! I'm with you on the separation of the kitchen from other living places. I grew up in a house where the kitchen was far apart from the living room and much prefer it that way; however, I am now living in an apt with an open floor plan and actually don't hate it.
Kady
Life on the Edge
I know you are busy and I can't imagine that you can read all these comments since I am #106!! But I will tell you anyway! I absolutely love your new house. It is a style that I have only dreamed about. When I saw the last picture, it just spoke to me! I can see a white picket fence with pretty flowers, some lace curtains and lots of TLC. Congratulations and good luck with this venture. Enjoy it!
Oh it has SO much character!! Just fabulous. I was going to ask how old until I read 100 years.....it really has some qualities that point to it's age....yet so many neat updates, too! Love the kitchen! Can't wait to see you dress it up in new digs!! Enjoy, enjoy!
~michelle~
I was wondering how all those peaches got on the kitchen counter! Now I know, you were already styling the place! How much fun this was to see! Excited for you Anne! ~Lili
you are blessed indeed! Living there will be a dream! I can't believe it's real actually! lucky lucky you!

Too bad you have to work,,,I know you would love to dive in 24-7...I think you have done a great job posting so much with all that is on your plate....we totally understand on the comments,,I don't have near as many as you have, and I can't get to them,,,so no worries, be happy...and lift with your back!
Sooo happy for you!

Marcie
Anne, this house inspires jealousy in even the most unemotional person. It is just perfect in my book! I love everything about it, especially the built-ins, the beaded board, the transoms, the doors. Wow! By the way, I am not sure if you saw the note from last week to stop by and see me. If you look for the post titled "A great big thank you" you will find an award there for you. I would be honored if you would accept it. I am so happy for you and your husband. Good luck with the closing and the move.
Anne
Wow, I am so jealous too. You have found a treasure in this jewel of a home. Beautiful! I also love rooms, I am not a fan of open spaces...enjoy every moment in this home.
Such a treasure is lucky to have found you. I suspect it's been looking for you for a long while. Gorgeous. Simply, heavenly... gorgeous.
Your house is absolutely beautiful!!!
I too just bought an old house, it's 102 years old and I feel like it's a part of my soul already.
Gorgeous! You are going to love decorating and living there.
Just stumbled upon you through Romantic homes...no longer have a blog, so I just lurk. I have fallen madly, passionately in love with this home. I ADORE all those quirky built in cabinets. Gonna destop ya along with the others I follow - can't wait to see the decorating! Love, Esther Sunday
so lovely!!!
you know, i'll bet a little spray paint and you'll be lovin' that chandelier ...
{did that earn me a peach?}
enjoy!

Love the house! My husband and I are in the process of buying a old house built in 1926. I can't wait to see pictures of what all you do with your's.
Hi Anne! You're new home is lovely. I just love the feel of an older home. It has spirit and character. I adore the shape of you porch and the angled front door. And look as those gorgeous hardwood floors, bead board walls, wainscoting, stained glass and transom windows, and a wonderful tin roof to hear the rain on. It's seems you've got it all and with a porch swing and peach tree to top it all off! And I just love the kitchen. Can you tell I'm excited for you. Can't wait to see more of the outdoors.
Back to why I stopped by. I wanted to say thank you for praying for me and just showing your love and caring. I know just what you mean about finding time. You certainly should be exhausted with just your job alone. Let alone moving and all all else you do. Please take time to rest. I bet it will still be waiting for you when you come back. I certainly know your followers will.
With tons of love and bear hugs....Tracy :)

Just gorgeous. The ultimate character this house has.
Thanks for leaving me a comment! I'm glad we found each other!
I am having so much fun looking at your pictures of your home. I love defined spaces also. I like the cozy feel.
The chandelier that is in the dining now is kinda neat.
I really like the front door and the stained glass especially.
Betsy
hi,i love your blog and congratulations on your new farmhouse, many blessings,carol,themofarmersdaughter.blogspot.com
Love the bead board. We just redid our bathroom, mostly in white, too. We used, for the shower, subway tiles, with a band of blue and beige glass tiles near the center. Then a white cabinet with marble for the sink. Finally octagonal white 2 inch tiles for the floor. It feel like heaven to have this new bathroom.
I just love your house. It's beautiful.
Congrats on your new home! I'm a fellow Texas gal and love your blog. It's so inspiring!
She's a beauty, Anne! You will be so happy here, I'm sure. p.s. I too am not a big fan of open concept spaces (this comes from having lived in Paris, where kitchens were tiny and guests were never allowed inside this room, especially during a dinner party!)
It's so beautiful! Congratulations on your new cottage!
I can't wait to see more!
Y'all's new to you home is AAAdorable, congratulations! Old homes have a place in my heart and in my life; Thistle Cove Farmhouse is more than 108 years beautiful. We've been working on it this year, replacing poplar clap boards, fixing fireplaces, and, in general, getting ready for winter; the ole gal is looking pert good.
The space is so charming! Good for you!! :)
Oh my..... sweeeeet!!
I LOVE your home!!!
I just discovered your blog...WOW!! Your house is lovely, can't wait to see what you do with it.
I love your beautiful Husky, I grew up with one, such an awesome breed. You've sure mastered the SCARY camera! I'm still stuck in Auto mode but I'm thinking about checking out the book you "learned" from.
Best of luck with your new home!

No your not, I too love doors to every room and the kitchen is no exception. We have 2 doors to ours. I love a well define house.
I want your house! I am totally in love with the charm and character just as it stands right now. For me, its move in picture perfect. Please say you are keeping all the charm this cottage possess and the glass knobs on the kitchen cabinets... I LOVE THOSE. The one thing I noticed is you have plenty of electrical outlets~~ WOW!! I notice things like this.... I know... I am strange...
Accept???? The hall closets??? How on earth do you get up to the upper part??? Ladder??? Is that hidden in the walls so you can pull it down our out like attic stairs.... Or you just may have to go hunting for that perfect foot stool. I cant wait to see the pictures when you move in.
Your home is much like mine. Lots of work went into our renovations, but it was a labour of love! Diane
I am so happy that things have worked out for you and you will be moving in soon. The house is gorgeous. I can't wait to see your touch added to each room. It will be so beautiful.
