I've got this vintage washstand just begging for a re-do,
but in the meantime, it's taking up
valuable real-estate in our kitchen.

so adorable!! kitties sure find the strangest places to cozy up in! one of my cats took a liking to a decorative bowl i got on clearance at Target a couple years ago. as soon as i set it on the coffee table, he plopped himself down in it and fell asleep. it looked horribly uncomfortable. i can't wait to see what you do with that neat washstand!

Winnie reminds me of my Miss Jenkins, who is sitting on my lap staring at me as I type. I guess she thinks that since it's not in use she'll just claim it...but that's a cat for ya, territorial. Doesn't look that comfortable though! Have a great week Annie Girl!
