Sweet Relief!

Have you ever seen anything cuter?
A teeny-tiny Cracker Jack cap perched atop
a lamp finial.

Just a little outtake from my now completed
photo shoot and article.

Yep, I met my deadline, the one I was so worried
about meeting...THREE DAYS EARLY!!!
( doin' the spazzy Elaine dance from Seinfeld! )

I finished writing the article in two days,
the editor seemed to love it,
and it looks like a go.

Now  who's the Cracker Jack? { grin }

I wish I could share more about which magazine this project is for,
who and what the subject matter is,
and when it will be released.

But all in good time.

After work today, I'm looking at four glorious days off,
so I hope to get back to many of you who have left me
comments and correspondence.
I've been just horrid about it of late, SO busy,
please accept my apologies.

Have a wonderful weekend, my friends!

Yay for you! I knew you could do it.

I just picked up the latest issue of Artful Blogging Tuesday and went straight to your feature. As I was reading I wondered why you even had a bit of doubt about this new secret project. Your words flowed off the page and into my heart. You've got it girl--have not doubt!

See? WE all knew you could do it, even if YOU weren't sure. Just believe in yourself, girl. Gosh, I just hope you will be able to tell us all about it soon, I'll burst otherwise! Make the most of your few days off, never mind blogging, cuddle your family ( that includes the dogs of course ), snuggle up with a book, watch some films, just relax. xx

Miss Anne, I am so excited for you! I haven't been much of a blogger this past year as I got my shop up and running. But, I am really trying to make an effort to get back to doing this. You are one of the new friends that I have missed. I remember when you first started taking pictures and upgrading your camera, then the work started rolling in! You have been through so much and have come so far, your Mom is smiling down on you with pride. Hugs to you my friend.
