Making Progress in Our Living Room

It's been a looooooong time coming,
but I finally have a few new photos to share
of the progress we've made on getting the cottage
decorated and fixed up.

I've had a handful of vintage mirrors I've wanted
to get hung over the sofa, and The Mr.
was always more than willing to do it,
but I kept dragging my feet. Until yesterday.

Here's the finished result!

There's a nice shot of my most beloved
Carol Hicks Bolton designed sofa.

There is still much to be done,
but I'm reveling in these small victories.

Have a wonderful week!

Hi Anne! I love the mirrors! The sofa is very nice too. We should always reward ourselves with even small achievements because sometimes they're not actually very small at all. ;).

Big blessings,
Missy

PS I'm excluding myself from the giveaway...Sheila's my junkin' bestie so it's probably not exactly fair. ;).

I love how a mirror is like a substitution for a window where there is none. The edges on them are darling!

I so love the vintage mirrors! I understand small victories too, we are on the tail end of our kitchen redo...actually the kitchen is done it is the purging and replacing of the things that were IN my kitchen that is taking me time...slowly, slowly so I understand the small victory!!! I adore those mirrors...sigh.

coming together and

Can't believe it's been
