Show-and-Tell!

It was a long, wild, wonderful ride at the
this weekend!

It was a long drive back, and I've got close to 300 photos
to edit and post of all the fab happenings,
but I just thought I'd tease you with a photo
of some things I created this weekend...

These photos were actually taken during class.
They're not finished yet, I still have more blingin' to do on them this next week,
but I just wanted to share what I've done thus far.
Don't get all excited over how fab you think they are
until you see all the other tags created by all the mo' better talented cowgirls. Seriously.

I look at it this way: I was a complete crafting noob,
a veritable idjut when it came to this sorta stuff before Thursday.
Most of these gals have so much more crafting experience than I have.
So if you take that into account, my stuff looks halfway decent!

Me and the teacher .

My personally autographed copy of Lisa's mag.
Colorful language pixelated out (Lisa talks like a sailor, shhhhh, don't tell!)
KIDDING!

There will be much more to follow in the days ahead, promise!
Including a lengthy post all about Ms. Lisa and her tag class...
just let me rest first! LOL!

Hugs and love from this Cowgirl!

XO,

What fun you had at your workshop. I love your tags. I know how you feel. When I go to quilting workshops, a lot of the other ladies are so much more talented, but then when I get home with my quilt, it looks wonderful when it is by itself. Your tags are the same way. So beautiful!!! Can't wait to see more pictures of your creativity!!! Love & blessings from NC!

Your tags are pretty! Lucky you that you got to play with Lisa, Anne! I also would love to play with her but she's so far away. It's over 5,000 miles, and that if I were a bird and would just fly the straight way, lol. I'm looking forward to seeing more pictures of the event after you have relaxed.
Hugs,
Julia

Anne,
First off I have to say that you were a most excellent student!! Really, your tags turned out so cool, they really showed your style. The Paris thing, your the only one that did that.
I saw this post late last night & thought it was an ambien hallucination! What happened to photo-shop?? Did it break?? Double chin? No make up, greasy hair. Not sure if I can take you 'with' me now you LURD!
Seriously you exceeded every expectation I had, the charisma is so powerful! Lisa

Anne, what a pleasure to meet ya, but I regretted that we were not able to have more "hang time". I always feel like I have to be doing something...never can seem like I can sit and relax. Wanted to hang Sat night, but I knew if I sat down, I would not make it back up. LOL. I'd be the dormouse at the tea party (the one snoozing). LOL. But, I'm glad you had a good time, and gurl, your projects is purdy! You done good!
hugs,

PS and I love that Lisa cusses like a sailor...it cracks me up. Tee could sometimes let it fly like that too! :D
