ME? A PHOTO STYLIST?

No, I'm not, but I play one on my blog.  ;-)

Actually, while selling in Warrenton with the Texas Junque Slinger, Effie, I decided to play photo stylist with that gorgeous belt buckle I received from Jill of Gypsy Brocante.
I thought I'd snap my big-show bling in some vignettes I created, and then submit them to Jill to see if she approved and wanted to use any of them on her blog or in her advertising.

Vote for the one YOU like best!

Number One:

Number Two:

Number Three:

Number Four:

Number Five:

Just having fun, I don't 'spect I'll be getting a call from one of the mags anxiously requesting my services.
As long as Gypsy Jill's happy, I'm good.

Lots and lots more to share, including some amazing new finds, my giveaway wins, surprising Etsy news, and yes, much more Warrenton Antique Week stuff! But I still have a couple of hundred photos left to edit, so you'll more than likely be getting Warrenton posts from me all month long. Can ya stand it?

Off for now, have a great night!

Hmmm between 3 and 5, but 5 wins! More focus on the buckle if that is what your 'selling'.

I like no. 5. The bees nest kinda takes away from the buckle and number 5 shows it off the best. They are all great photos. She will love them. Great looking belt buckle too.

As a photographer I'd say 5 b/c the focus stays on the buckle. It gets lost a bit in the first two with all that texture and pattern going on. Number 5 keeps it simple and keeps the belt buckle the glorious subject! My 2nd choice would be #4. Hope that helps, good luck choosing!! It is a beautiful piece! Happy Thursday!

Ooooh, yea, #5; it's like presenting a jewel from Tiffany's (or a box of chocolates!) Keep those pics coming, Anne! For those of us who live far away,it's, as they say, "the next best thing to being there."

Maya came by yesterday and she was rearranging rocks on our backyard - perhaps she is planning on having her own booth when she grows up!
Blessings to you!

Number 5. I have this thing about that wasp nest pattern that I just can't look at. That and seed patterns - like the inside of a pepper.

You may be a novice, but your blog and shop all look amazing.

To me, #5 is like a marketing shot - something found in a magazine to sell the product. #2 is something I'd see displayed at an art gallery.

Things that make ya go hmm... would they want to sell a buckle this gorgeous as a product - or as art?

I'm so diggin' No. 2 and No. 5....I know Jill is gonna be soooo flattered by your amazing photo stylin' no matter which one you choose.
