Awww, my grandmother had the blue powder tin shown in the first pic(California). I loved that talc. she would let me help myself anytime i visited.-- Along with going thru her costume jewelry and vintage hats complete with hat boxes. She was a good maw-maw.
i miss her.

Ok, wait one minute...I am having a flashback!! Did Rose appear on an episode of Country at Home (I think that was the name) on HGTV several years ago? Her home looks mighty familiar! I remember she had all the ironstone plates in her living room hung backwards because the English markings on the bottom were so beautiful.
Wow, if this is her...I suddenly have faith in what I thought was my ever-slipping memory!!! Lol!
