I don't normally respond to comments here, but I had to address this one.
You're awfully kind, but I'm far from famous, most folks around these parts don't know me, my blog or my photography. And that's actually pretty nice. I don't aspire to be famous or rich, I just want to be the best I can be, and I want to do everything in memory of and in honor of my mother.
She will have been gone a year this coming Thursday, and I would give up every single so-called "success" I've had this past year to have another day with her.
I don't want pity, just peace.

It is wonderful to see people like you, with talent, being able to use the talent to do what they want. I think it is a gift for those of us that don't have to call what we do "work" but our passion, and get to enjoy it daily. I know your Mom is proud of you and don't ever forget that!!
